Findings
The inspection identified minor moisture anomalies near window assemblies and elevated humidity levels in specific rooms, common in coastal Tampa homes. No active mold growth was detected, and air samples remained within acceptable ranges.
The findings indicated manageable environmental factors rather than structural or health-critical issues.
