Inspection
MLD performed a non-invasive thermal imaging assessment using calibrated infrared equipment. Scans focused on perimeter walls, glazing transitions, and areas commonly affected by humidity or condensation in coastal buildings. All imaging was conducted under controlled indoor conditions to ensure accurate temperature comparison.
Findings
Thermal imaging identified two minor temperature anomalies near window framing consistent with normal condensation behavior. No patterns indicating active leaks, trapped moisture, or concealed mold risk were observed. All other scanned areas showed uniform thermal distribution.
