Inspection
MLD conducted a controlled air quality assessment using calibrated sampling equipment. Air samples were collected from multiple zones during normal business operations to reflect real occupancy conditions. Testing focused on airborne mold spores, particulate levels, and indicators of ventilation performance.
Findings
Laboratory analysis showed air quality levels within normal background ranges for a commercial office environment. No elevated mold spore concentrations or abnormal particulate readings were identified. Ventilation appeared consistent across tested areas, with no zones requiring corrective action.
